The teen years can be hard for the teen and those who care for them. I know that the teen years are referred to by many as the “good old days”, but I remember being insecure, impulsive and hormonal.  I provide a safe place for the teen to explore healthy ways to express feelings, improve communication skills, increase positive problem solving skills and improve relationships.  I have counseled teens for much of my career and I am blessed by nurturing their growth.
